Ingredients

  • 2 packages Caramel-flavoured pudding powder (for 500 ml milk each)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 l Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS instant espresso powder
  • 250 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Peel off a few curls from the chocolate for decoration with a peeler. Chop the rest of the chocolate. Stir pudding powder, sugar and 8 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk, chocolate and espresso powder to the boil while stirring. Add the pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring.

    Pour into a large bowl and allow to cool. Stir vigorously with a whisk several times in between so that no skin is formed. Whip the cream until very stiff and fold into the almost cooled cream. Pour into a glass bowl and chill for approx. 2 hours. Decorate with the chocolate curls
