Peel and finely chop the onion. Anchovy fillets, except one for garnishing, wash, dab dry and chop. Chop capers, except for 1 tablespoon, also. Mix mayonnaise and crème fraîche. Add onion, anchovies and capers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with grilled anchovies and capers
