Stir pudding powder and 4 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk, coffee, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil. Stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Whip half of the cream until stiff and fold into the pudding. Fill the pudding into small bowls and let it get cold. Whip the rest of the cream until half firm and spread on the café au lait cream. Dust with cocoa powder and serve
