Bruschetta with guacamole

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 1 tsp oil
  • 6 discs Ciabatta bread (approx. 15 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Avocado (about 250 g each)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 black olives without stone

Directions

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the slices of bread in it from both sides until brown, season with a little salt, remove

    Peel and chop the garlic. Cut avocados in half, remove stones, remove flesh from the skin. Halve 1 avocado half lengthwise and cut into slices. Purée the rest of the avocado, garlic, lemon juice and 1 tsp. oil. Stir in yoghurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Cut olives into slices

    Spread slices of bread with avocado cream, cover with avocado slices and olives
