Salmon and cucumber bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • several sheets lollo bianco
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Horseradish (from the jar)
  • 3 discs smoked salmon (about 60 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some lemon wedges and dill

Directions

    Wash the cucumber, dab dry and cut into 12 thick slices. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Whip cream until stiff, stir in horseradish. Cut salmon into small slices.

    Cover the cucumber slices with some salad and salmon. Put the creamed horseradish in a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt on the canapés. Garnish with lemon wedges and dill. Makes 12 pieces.
