Whisk eggs and salt. Alternately add milk, 1/8 litre water and flour and stir in. Let the dough stand for 5-10 minutes to swell. In the meantime cut camembert into slices. Heat half of the fat in a pan (approx. 20 cm Ø) and add half of the dough.
Bake the pancakes from one side until golden brown, turn them and cover them with camembert. Cover the pancakes and bake until done. Bake a second pancake from the remaining dough as described. Serve with cranberries
