Stir the fat until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and sieve over the fat egg mass. Season with salt and pepper and stir in. Preheat the waffle iron and spread a thin layer of oil. Put 3 tablespoons of dough on the waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Bake another 4 waffles in the same way. Stir cream cheese with milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the cheese cream into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Cut waffles into hearts. Spray a tuff cheese cream on each heart. Garnish with slices of salami, almonds, capers and caper apples, chilli powder, chives, basil and parsley
