Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g mixed mince
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 80 g Emmental cheese
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 Bread roll
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly while turning. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Grate cheese. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Wash and chop the chives. Peel and chop onion

  2. 2

Cut the bread roll open and spread the lower halves with mayonnaise. Spread the prepared ingredients on top. Sprinkle half of the cheese over it. Moisten the outside of the upper halves of the rolls with water and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top

  3. 3

Bake the roll halves side by side in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 5-7 minutes. Put the rolls together and arrange. Garnish with tomato and parsley if desired

  4. 4

The rolls taste even more hearty with ground pork instead of minced meat. A quick extra kick: replace the fresh onion with ready-to-eat fried onions
