Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly while turning. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Grate cheese. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Wash and chop the chives. Peel and chop onion
Cut the bread roll open and spread the lower halves with mayonnaise. Spread the prepared ingredients on top. Sprinkle half of the cheese over it. Moisten the outside of the upper halves of the rolls with water and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top
Bake the roll halves side by side in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 5-7 minutes. Put the rolls together and arrange. Garnish with tomato and parsley if desired
