Ingredients

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1/4-1/2 Tsp Gingerbread spice
  • 200 g Almond kernels (without skin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp oil, aluminium foil

Directions

    Caramelise the sugar in a pan until golden. Stir in spices and almonds. Spread immediately on an oiled piece of aluminium foil. Let it cool down. If necessary, break the almonds apart.
