  • 250 g Schmand
  • 3-4 Tsp green horseradish paste (from the tube; Asia shop)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Mix sour cream with 2-3 teaspoons of horseradish and season with salt. Take off 1 tablespoon of sour cream sauce and mix with the rest of the horseradish. Add to the sauce as a spiral pattern. Cover and chill until use

    Tip: Instead of green horseradish you can also grate fresh white horseradish or use grated horseradish from the jar
