  • 200 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

    For the wafer dough, beat the fat, salt, vanilla pulp, vanillin sugar and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Place a small ladle of dough into each hot greased waffle iron (rectangular, Brussels Waffle Maker). Bake about 12 waffles one after the other at medium heat until golden brown. Then halve them and arrange them on a plate
