Cut the bratwurst into slices about 2 cm thick. Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into pieces. Roll up bacon slices. Put paprika, bratwust and bacon alternately on skewers.
Place skewers in grill trays and put them on the hot grill. Fry for 8-10 minutes all around. About 2 minutes before the end of cooking time, brush the skewers with gypsy sauce. Remove from grill and serve immediately
