Ingredients

  • 450 g white couverture
  • 450 g Butter
  • 250 g Hazelnut kernels with skin
  • 750 g Blackberries
  • 9 Eggs (size M)
  • 375 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 525 g Flour
  • 4 TSP Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Chop the chocolate coating. Cut butter into pieces. Melt the chocolate coating and butter in a large pot at low heat

    Roughly chop the nuts. Wash the blackberries and drain well in a sieve. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer for approx. 3 minutes until creamy. Remove the chocolate and butter mixture from the heat, pour into the egg mixture and stir in. Mix flour and baking powder. Quickly fold into the chocolate-egg mixture. Finally mix 200 g chopped nuts into the dough

    Pour the dough into the greased fat pan of the oven (34 x 39 cm). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 30-35 minutes. After about 10 minutes, carefully remove the pan from the oven. Spread blackberries and remaining nuts on top and bake until done

    Remove blondie and let her cool down on a cake rack. Cut Blondie into pieces (approx. 5 x 7 cm)
