Ingredients

  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Horseradish (from the jar)
  • 100 g Dandelion or rocket
  • 8 discs farmhouse bread
  • 125 g Black Forest ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radishes

Directions

    Mix curd and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the cheese mixture, stir into one half of the horseradish. Clean and wash dandelion or rocket, chop finely and stir into the remaining cheese. Spread the breads with the cream cheese and cut into pieces. Cover with Black Forest Ham. Garnish with radishes
