Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa
  • 1 TABLESPOON Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix flour and baking powder. Add fat, egg, sugar and vanillin sugar and knead. Halve the dough. Knead cocoa and milk into one half. Cover both doughs and put them in a cool place for about 30 minutes. Roll out separately between foil about 1/2 cm thick.

    Cut out the same number of large hearts and stars from each dough. Cut out smaller ones from the middle of the cookies and exchange them. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes.

    Results in about 50 pieces.
