Ingredients

  • 200 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 50 g white couverture
  • 100 g Whole milk couverture
  • 1 jar (370 g, 175 g compartment 6 pieces) Baby Pears
  • 5 Figs
  • 10 Physalis (Cape gooseberry)
  • 1 small freezer bag

Directions

    Chop the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately and melt in a hot water bath. Finely chop whole milk couverture and stir into the melted dark couverture. In the meantime, drain the pears well and cut them in half lengthwise as desired. Cut figs in half as well. Physical covers

    bend outwards. Dip the prepared fruit into the dark chocolate coating and allow to dry. Pour white couverture into the freezer bag. Cut off a small corner. Decorate the dried fruits as you like. The fruits can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
