Smörbrot with Graved Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 discs Toast
  • 1/2 small oak leaf salad
  • 1 gherkin
  • 7-10 Tbsp (out of glass)
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 4 (approx. 175 g) fine slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Graved salmon
  • 4 TSP Horseradish cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp (out of glass)
  • 4 discs hard-boiled egg (1/2 egg)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Toast bread easily roast, then cut out with a round form (approx. 8 cm Ø). Clean, wash and drain the salad well. Cut the gherkin into thin slices. Distribute the salad leaves on 4 plates.

    Spread the toast slices with fat. Spread salmon and cucumber on the slices and add a teaspoon of horseradish to each slice. Garnish with a slice of egg and dill.
