Cream butter, sugar and honey. Add the egg. Mix flour, baking powder and orange baking, add to fat-sugar mixture and knead to a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut out hearts as desired and place on 2 baking trays covered with baking paper. Mix egg yolk and milk and brush hearts with it.
Sprinkle with oat flakes. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Remove the hearts and let them cool down. Melt the chocolate coating on a hot water bath. Remove and stir until cold. Pour the couverture into a piping bag, cut off one corner and decorate the hearts as desired. Makes about 80 cookies
