Beat the egg white until stiff and gradually fold in the sieved icing sugar. Keep 1/5 of the egg white icing sugar mass. Add almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon and cloves to the large amount of egg white mass and knead into a dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. To roll out sugar, flour and hazelnuts, mix the dough on top and roll out to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Cut out stars with a cookie cutter and place them on a greased baking tray. Brush the stars evenly with the egg white powdered sugar mixture. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 150 °C/ gas: level 1) for approx. 20 minutes
