Mascarpone cream on rum fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Edible curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Lean)
  • 100 ml cold coffee
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 375 g Rum fruits
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Rum fruit stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp Amarattini and chocolate starlets to taste

Directions

    Beat the egg yolks and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Stir in mascarpone, quark, coffee and lemon juice. Fill rum fruits with rum stock into a bowl. Pour mascarpone cream over it.

    Serve sprinkled with amarettini and chocolate starlets.
