Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 7 mm. Cut out into rocking horses (approx. 9 cm in size) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Use mini cutters to make holes for the ribbon to hang up and cut out small patterns (e.g.: stars or hearts). Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 8 minutes. Finely chop the sweets separately according to colour. Pour into the cut-out openings and bake in the oven for another 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool, carefully remove from baking paper and dust with icing sugar
