Finely chop the raisins and marzipan. Knead the fat in flakes, sugar, egg, flour, vanillin sugar, prepared raisins and marzipan into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Then form long snakes on a lightly floured work surface and cut them into 10 cm long pieces (makes approx. 56 pieces). Whisk the egg yolks. Brush the rolls with it and gobble up 2 pieces each.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Then brush again with whisked egg yolk and sprinkle with fruit mix. Bake for about 5 minutes. Dust with icing sugar
