  • 300 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Amaretto liqueur
  • 60 g ground pistachios
  • 7-10 Tbsp For covering and
  • 150 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 30 whole pistachio kernels

Directions

    Knead marzipan paste, liqueur and ground pistachios well together. Form walnut-sized balls from the mixture. Meanwhile melt the chocolate coating in a hot water bath, let it cool down and heat it up again.

    Cover the balls with it. Let the chocolate dry a little and decorate each ball with a whole pistachio kernel. Results in about 30 balls.
