Ingredients

Servings: 30
  • 1 portion of basic dough
  • 2 Protein
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 drops of bitter almond oil
  • 150 g ground hazelnuts
  • 30 Hazelnut kernels

Directions

    Knead the dough into a roll. Cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. Beat the egg white until very stiff, gradually add the sugar. Keep beating until the sugar is completely dissolved. Fold in oil and ground nuts.

    Spray the dough with small heaps. Place 1 nut on each. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes. Results in approx. 30 pieces
