  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Currants
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey, possibly some milk
  • 1 Protein, one go. tablespoon sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash the berries, put some aside for decoration. Remove the rest of the currants. Puree with raspberries, yoghurt and honey in a mixer. Dilute with milk if necessary. Pour into glasses. Beat the egg white lightly.

    Soak the rest of the currants and turn them in sugar. Decorate drinks with 1 panicle, raspberries and mint.
