  • 2 Limes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Pineapple juice
  • 150 ml Banana Juice
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh coconut spirals and lime slices

Directions

    Halve the limes and squeeze them. Put coconut milk, lime juice, pineapple juice, banana juice, cream and vanilla sugar into a universal chopper. Puree briefly at the highest setting. Pour into glasses and serve decorated as desired with fresh coconut spirals and slices of lime.

    Results in approx. 600 ml.
