  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 200 ml dark ale
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

    Peel garlic, chop finely and mix with beer. Season with 1⁄2 TL salt, 1⁄4 TL cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1⁄2-1 TL cinnamon.
