Bean and potato salad

Ingredients

  • 650 g Potatoes
  • 250 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 (250 g each) Mug of Antipasti "Tuna with white beans and peppers

Directions

    Cook potatoes with skin in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the beans. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel. Let them cool down.

    Drain the beans as well and rinse with cold water. Mix vinegar with salt and pepper. Mix potatoes, beans, antipasti and vinegar well. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Italian baguette tastes good with it
