Ingredients

  • 300 g ready-made coleslaw
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • several sheets Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 50 g Mustard (e.g. sweeter)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 (approx. 400 g) small slices of Leberkäse
  • 4 Pretzel rolls
  • 3-4 Tbsp ready roasted onions

Directions

    Let coleslaw drain very well. Clean, wash and drain radishes and lamb's lettuce. Cut radishes into slices. Mix sour cream and mustard.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meatloaf for 1-2 minutes on each side. Take it out.

    Cut the roll open and spread with mustard cream. Cover lower halves with meat loaf, field and coleslaw and radishes. Sprinkle with fried onions. Place the upper halves of the roll on top.
