Baked apple with marzipan-nut filling

Ingredients

  • 75 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2 TABLESPOONS crushed hazelnuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almond slivers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 4 large sour apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 pack of Dessert sauce powder "Vanilla
  • 7-10 Tbsp (without boiling; for 1/4 l milk)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Coarsely grate or finely dice the marzipan. Knead with nuts, almonds and rum. Wash the apples and remove the core with an apple corer

    Fill apples with the marzipan-nut mixture. Place in a greased ovenproof dish. Put the fat in flakes on top. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 20-25 minutes

    Mix the milk and sauce powder in the high mixing bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer for approx. 1 minute. Dust the baked apples with icing sugar and serve with the vanilla sauce
