Melt the butter. Mix milk, sugar, salt, flour and butter to a smooth dough. Stir in eggs. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes
Coat a coated pan (approx. 18 cm Ø) with oil. Put 1/8 of the dough into the pan. Turn the pancakes after about 2 minutes and fry them again for about 2 minutes. Take out and bake 7 more pancakes in the same way. Lay the pancakes in a tower, sprinkle with honey
