Baguette roll with salami and mozarella

Ingredients

  • 1 Kugel (125 g) Mozzarella-Käse
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Baguette roll
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 8 thin slices of Italian pepper salami
  • several sheets Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato seasoning salt

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Clean and wash the tomatoes and also cut them into slices. Cut open the bread roll. Spread butter on each half, cover with some slices of salami, mozzarella and tomato. Spread basil leaves on top, season with pepper and tomato seasoning salt
