Ingredients

  • 3 fully ripe avocado
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

    Peel the avocado and remove the flesh from the stone. Dice the fruit flesh and puree it with a chopping stick. Peel garlic, press it through a garlic press and add it. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper
