  • 2 Carrots (150 g each)
  • 1 Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar

    Peel and grate the carrots. Peel, quarter and core the apple, cut into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix carrots, oil, icing sugar and apple slices with lemon juice and arrange in a bowl
