  • 4 Stalks of green asparagus
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 40 g sliced bacon
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    ##Asparagus## Wash it, cut the woody ends off. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Take out and let drain. Heat the fat in a pan. Fry ham until crispy while turning.

    Remove and fry the asparagus in the ham fat for 1-2 minutes. Beat the eggs in the pan and add the ham. Season with pepper. Let the eggs fry.
