  • 250 g Rice
  • 3 Turkey escalope
  • 2 Paprika
  • 1 Cream
  • 1 Tin of pineapple and some juice
  • 1 salt pepper curry cumin cumin oil

Directions

    Weigh 250 grams of rice, put it into the small pot with double the amount of water and a teaspoon of vegetable broth and heat it

    Simmer on a low heat until the turkey escalope is cooked on a plate or plastic board and cut into small pieces

    Cut the pineapple and peppers into small pieces, heat the oil in a frying pan, perhaps add it and fry it with a wooden spoon

    Stir-fry the meat, add paprika, pineapple and some juice, season with salt, pepper, curry and cumin, add some cream so that the sauce is not too thin
