Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 (7 g) bag of dry yeast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON dried Italian herbs
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 250 g Tuna Steak
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Pot of fresh coriander
  • 15 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 Mesp. ground ginger
  • 100 g strained tomatoes
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 75 g Spring onions
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    For the dough mix flour, yeast, 1/4 teaspoon salt and herbs in a mixing bowl. Add 5 tablespoons of oil and 125 ml of lukewarm water and work everything through with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then knead again with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile wash the tuna, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

    Mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, lemon juice and half of the garlic and add to the tuna strips. Wash the coriander, dab dry and chop, except for a little bit for garnishing. Heat the fat in a pot, sauté the remaining garlic in it and sprinkle with ginger. Add strained tomatoes, bring to the boil briefly and stir in coriander. Season to taste with Sambal Oelek and salt. Leave to cool a little bit. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Wash and drain the sprouts. Knead the yeast dough again briefly, roll out to a circle (28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and place in a greased pizza mould. Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with spring onions.

    Leave to cool a little bit. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Wash and drain the sprouts. Knead the yeast dough again briefly, roll out to a circle (28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and place in a greased pizza mould. Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with spring onions. Spread tomato slices on top and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the tuna for about 1 minute. Drizzle with soy sauce and season with pepper. Spread the tuna and bean sprouts on the pizza 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and bake with it. Sprinkle the finished pizza with remaining coriander leaves and serve immediately

    Spread tomato slices on top and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the tuna for about 1 minute. Drizzle with soy sauce and season with pepper. Spread the tuna and bean sprouts on the pizza 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and bake with it. Sprinkle the finished pizza with remaining coriander leaves and serve immediately
