Ingredients

  • 1 l Cherry nectar
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 8-10 Tbsp Rum
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Heat cherry nectar and cinnamon at low heat for about 10 minutes. Pour in rum. Whip cream until stiff.

    Place glass pestle in coarse or tea glasses. Pour in hot nectar. Add cream in portions and serve hot.
