Ingredients

  • 4 Organic limes
  • 6 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 150 ml Cachaça (sugar cane brandy)

Directions

    Wash the limes in hot water and dab dry. First quarter lengthwise, then halve crosswise. Divide the limes, sugar and 1 shot of cachaça each into glasses. Crush them slightly with a pestle.

    Heat 800 ml water and cachaça. Pour into the glasses, stir once and serve immediately.
