Yoghurt with orange, spring onions and green pepper

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 1/4 collar Spring onions
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 10 g pickled green pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut them into fine rings.

    Mix yoghurt, spring onions, green pepper and orange filets, season with salt, pepper and orange juice.
