Yoghurt with peppers, walnuts and thyme

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 35 g Walnut kernels
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Wash the thyme, shake dry and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Coarsely chop the walnuts, roast them in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out.

    Mix yoghurt, paprika, thyme and walnuts, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle yoghurt with remaining thyme.
