Clean the pumpkin, cut in half, remove seeds. Peel flesh and cut into slices. Wash sage, shake dry and chop approx. 8 leaves
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry whole sage leaves in it until they are crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Add pumpkin slices and chopped sage to the pan and fry over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until pumpkin is soft. Arrange pumpkin and garnish with fried sage leaves
