Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cut pumpkin into short strips. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Leek clean, wash and cut into rings
Coarsely grate the cheese. Whisk eggs, milk and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread the vegetables in an ovenproof dish and pour egg milk over them
Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 45-60 minutes. Arrange the finished gratin. Salad tastes good with it
