Ingredients

  • 1.25 kg Plums / prunes
  • 300 g liquid honey
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ground cardamom
  • 30 g Dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash plums, halve, stone and roughly dice the flesh. Bring the plums, honey, lemon juice and cardamom to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.

    Grate the chocolate and stir into the plums. Season with 1 pinch of salt. Pour into the glasses immediately.
