Wash orange hot, rub dry. Peel the peel in thin strips with a zest ripper. Except for something to garnish, chop the zest. Wash coriander, shake dry and chop except for a little bit for garnishing.
Peel the ginger, cut it into very fine strips and chop it, except for a little bit for garnishing. Mix all prepared ingredients and yoghurt mixture and season with honey. Arrange yoghurt in a glass.
Garnish with coriander, orange zest and ginger strips.
