Ingredients

  • 1 collar Peppermint
  • 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Wash lemon thoroughly and rub dry. Grate the peel. Squeeze lemon. Mix yoghurt, mint, lemon juice and zest. Season with cumin, salt, pepper and sugar
