Ingredients

  • 10 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. white balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 2 Radicchio salad
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 750 g Tomatoes

Directions

    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar well. Whip the oil into the mixture. Peel onion and chop roughly. Clean and wash the radicchio and romaine lettuce and cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.

    Mix the prepared salad ingredients and vinaigrette loosely and leave to stand briefly.
