Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8 Tomatoes (about 120 g each)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Boxes Cress
  • 1 tin(s) (185 g, part weight 150 g) Tuna fish natural
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes. Cut off one lid each. Hollow out the inside. Dice the lid finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash cress and cut off briefly. Drain tuna and cut into fine pieces.

    Carefully mix the prepared ingredients and crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into the tomatoes and serve.
