Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 green peppers
  • 200 g Bean sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS rice vinegar or mild white wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame or soybean oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and quarter the peppers. Chop into strips. Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Blanch both in salt water for about 1 minute. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and both oils. Mix with the soy sprouts and pepper strips.
