2 TABLESPOONS rice vinegar or mild white wine vinegar
1 TABLESPOON Oil
1 TABLESPOON Sesame or soybean oil

Clean, wash and quarter the peppers. Chop into strips. Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Blanch both in salt water for about 1 minute. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and both oils. Mix with the soy sprouts and pepper strips.
