Wash and dry the lemons and grate the peel finely. Squeeze the lemons. Mix quark, mascarpone, sugar, vanillin sugar, vodka, 2/3 of the peel and approx. 6 tbsp. juice. Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the cream firmer to trickle in. Fold into the quark
Cream with biscuits, up to 6-8 pieces to decorate, layer in glasses and chill. Decorate with rest of lemon peel and cookies
